Once your order is received, we will send you an order confirmation email. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. If you want to make changes in your order/ cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us within 12 hours.
Order Processing
In order to guarantee the quality of our products, AEELIN has to prepare your goods carefully before they are shipped out. Our professionally trained technicians perform strict in-house quality control checks on all products and carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Understanding that our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible, the processing of an order generally takes 1-2 business days after it is received. Orders placed after 10:00 PM UTC-7 are very likely to ship the following business day assuming that all ordered items are in stock.
Jewelry Creation: Please allow up 5 business days for your handmade item to be created.

UK, France, German: 7-15 Business days
Europe, Canada: 8-20 Business days
Australia, New Zealand: 10-20 Business days
Asia: 5-10 Business days
Other countries: 15-30 Business days
